Teams Transcript Exporter（以下「本拡張機能」）は、Microsoft Teams会議の録画に含まれる文字起こし（トランスクリプト）を、VTT・テキスト・Markdown・Word形式で保存できるChrome拡張機能です。本ポリシーでは、本拡張機能が扱うデータとその取り扱い方法について説明します。

文字起こしデータの扱い

本拡張機能は、閲覧中のTeams録画ページから文字起こしデータをブラウザ内で取得し、選択された形式に変換してお使いの端末にダウンロードします。この処理はすべてブラウザ内（クライアントサイド）で完結しており、文字起こしの内容が当社のサーバーや第三者に送信されることは一切ありません。変換後のデータを本拡張機能側で保存・保持することもありません。

端末内に保存されるデータ

本拡張機能は以下のデータを chrome.storage.local を使用してお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。このデータが当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

• 表示言語の設定 – ポップアップ画面で選択した言語
• 無料利用回数 – 有料形式（テキスト・Markdown・Word）の無料お試し利用回数
• Proライセンス状態 – ライセンスキーの認証状態

保存データはいつでも削除できます。chrome://extensions → 詳細 → データを消去 から削除するか、拡張機能をアンインストールしてください。

ライセンスキーの認証

Proライセンスを購入された場合、本拡張機能はライセンスキーの有効性を確認するためだけに Polar の API（api.polar.sh）にキーを送信します。それ以外の個人情報や文字起こしの内容は一切送信されません。この処理には Polar のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます: polar.sh/legal/privacy

収集しないデータ

• ユーザーデータを受信するサーバーやデータベースを運営していません。
• アナリティクス・利用統計・クラッシュレポートは収集しません。
• Microsoftアカウントの認証情報を取得・保存することはありません（閲覧中のブラウザセッションをそのまま利用します）。
• Cookie やトラッキング技術は使用しません。

使用する権限

• storage – 表示言語・無料利用回数・ライセンス状態を端末内に保存するため
• host_permissions（*.sharepoint.com） – 閲覧中のTeams録画ページから文字起こしデータを取得するため。この権限は文字起こしの取得・変換以外の目的では使用しません

第三者サービス

本拡張機能は Microsoft の SharePoint / Stream（録画再生ページ）上で動作します。Microsoftのサービスとのやり取りは Microsoft社のプライバシーステートメントに準じます。本拡張機能は非公式であり、Microsoft社およびMicrosoft Teamsとは提携関係にありません。

お子様のプライバシー

本拡張機能は13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、そのような方の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを更新した場合は、改訂日とともに同じ URL で公開します。

Teams Transcript Exporter ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that lets you save the transcript of a Microsoft Teams meeting recording as VTT, plain text, Markdown, or Word. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how.

Transcript Data

The Extension reads the transcript from the Teams recording page you are viewing, converts it to the format you selected, and downloads the result to your device. This all happens locally in your browser — transcript content is never sent to any server we operate, or to any third party. The Extension does not store or retain the converted content itself.

Data Stored Locally

The Extension stores the following data only on your device using chrome.storage.local. This data is never transmitted to any server operated by us.

• Display language – the language you selected in the popup
• Free-use count – how many free exports of the paid formats (text, Markdown, Word) you have used
• Pro license status – whether a valid license key has been activated

You can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing its data via chrome://extensions → Details → Clear data.

License Key Verification

If you purchase a Pro license, the Extension sends your license key to Polar's API (api.polar.sh) solely to activate and verify its validity. No other personal information or transcript content is transmitted. Polar's privacy policy applies to this interaction: polar.sh/legal/privacy.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not operate any server or database that receives your data.
• We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports.
• We do not access or store your Microsoft account credentials — the Extension relies on your existing, already-authenticated browser session.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.

Permissions Used

• storage – to save your language preference, free-use count, and license status locally.
• host_permissions (*.sharepoint.com) – to read the transcript from the Teams recording page you are viewing. This permission is used only to fetch and convert the transcript.

Third-Party Services

The Extension operates on Microsoft SharePoint / Stream (recording playback pages). Your interaction with Microsoft's services is governed by Microsoft's own Privacy Statement. The Extension is unofficial and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Microsoft Teams.

Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
